Sessions
Sessions
Each session is a space of listening, awareness, and therapeutic support, adapted to the pace and individual needs of each person.
What is a Session at Aurexia Health
A session at Aurexia Health is a moment of direct interaction between therapist and client, conducted in a safe, calm, and comfortable environment of active listening.
It is not a medical consultation, but a therapeutic session integrated within a broader concept of structured support. In the Aurexia Health vision, therapy is understood as a process of growth, evolution, and conscious awareness.
Each session is unique, as every person is approached in their individuality — considering personal history, lifestyle, environment, and specific needs. For this reason, techniques and processes are always tailored to each individual. No two sessions are identical.
How a Session Unfolds
The initial session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
A biofeedback session begins with an assessment of the client’s lifestyle, clinical history, and, whenever available, review of medical exams voluntarily provided by the client.
The therapist then applies biofeedback sensors and initiates measurements of functional parameters such as skin resistance, brainwave patterns, heart rate variability, breathing rhythm, and other physiological indicators.
The organism’s responses are recorded and interpreted, allowing a global overview of physical, emotional, and functional patterns. Based on this data, specific software programs may be applied to support processes of functional regulation and rebalancing.
When appropriate, complementary therapies are integrated according to the results observed.
At the end of the session, lifestyle recommendations may be provided, and in some cases guidance regarding daily habits or behavioral patterns that support the body’s natural self-regulation mechanisms.
Sessions are non-invasive, painless, relaxing, and comfortable.
Who is it for
Aurexia Health sessions are suitable for individuals who wish to better understand their own functioning and promote physical and emotional balance.
They may benefit:
• Individuals seeking to reduce stress and improve quality of life
• Those pursuing behavioral change
• Individuals aiming to enhance mental or physical performance
• People with persistent complaints seeking a complementary approach
• Individuals already under medical supervision wishing to integrate structured complementary support
If a medical diagnosis or relevant clinical exams exist, it is recommended that they be voluntarily presented during the first session to support proper contextualization.
Regardless of life stage or current condition, the support process is always adapted to individual reality.
