1. Nature of Booking
A session booking constitutes the reservation of a specific professional time slot dedicated exclusively to the client.
By scheduling a session, the client acknowledges and accepts the present Booking & Service Policy.
A booking is only considered valid after automatic and/or manual confirmation by Aurexia Health.
Aurexia Health reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or adjust bookings when required for operational or organizational reasons.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made outside this timeframe may result in full session charges.
Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) results in full session payment being due.
3. Late Arrival Policy
In the event of delay, the session will proceed within the remaining available time.
Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in automatic cancellation, with the session fee remaining payable.
4. Payments and Financial Conditions
Session fees are agreed upon in advance.
Payment is due at the time of the session, unless a different agreement has been established between the parties.
After the session has been conducted, no refunds shall be issued, except in cases of proven error attributable to Aurexia Health.
5. Home Visits
Home sessions are available upon prior request and subject to availability.
Additional travel fees may apply.
6. Changes or Suspension by AUREXIA
Aurexia Health reserves the right to:
• Reschedule sessions
• Adjust operating hours
• Temporarily suspend services
For technical, organizational, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Force Majeure
Aurexia Health shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes resulting from unforeseeable or unavoidable external events, including force majeure situations.
